Investment Casting Service

Investment Casting Die

Precision investment casting dies for complex geometries and high-quality metal components.

Our Specialty: Unique Needs

We are experts in melting and pouring both ferrous and non‑ferrous materials. In addition to aluminum, alloy steels and stainless steel, we pour all alloys that can be air melted or inert atmosphere melted, including 600‑series Inconel alloys as well as Hastelloy X and C.

We specialize in high‑strength stainless steel, aluminum and armor alloys. Customers turn to our team to meet premium mechanical properties through a combination of strict process controls and secondary thermal treatment parameters in alloys such as 17‑4 PH Stainless Steel and A357‑T6 Aluminum. We routinely pour more than 200 different ferrous and non‑ferrous alloys, including many that can be air melted or require inert atmosphere melting.

Solving Your Difficult Casting Problems

We understand that each customer has specific needs. Our melt specialists can custom‑mix alloys as required to achieve a certified final metallurgy that meets your exact specifications. Every heat is spectrographically analysed to guarantee chemistry, and mechanical properties are confirmed through in‑house testing of individually cast tensile specimens.

Metallurgical quality and integrity are ensured by archiving a small metal sample of each heat for up to seven years. This allows us to reassure you about material quality and to respond to any technical questions that may arise long after parts have been produced and shipped.
